One crunchy in each mini pack.
Baked till golden brown crispy, combination of cereal and signature pork floss.
Almost non stop snacking experience!

There's the toasted coconut taste GG on but there's also a pork floss taste at the back for some reason

We ordered 1 Cappellini Carbonara, 1 DIY slider set and 1 mozzarella katsu, ended off with a Bak Kwa vanille gelato. All very delicious! The carbonara could have done with a little pepper though!

🔹️Mozzarella Katsu ($10): a spin-off of Japanese katsu 🇯🇵, this features Gourmet Fusion Bakkwa sandwiching stretchy mozzarella cheese 🧀, breaded & fried to the perfect golden brown. Topped with a dollop of housemade mayo & chives, who can resist the temptation of this fried treat! 😍😍😍

🔹️Gourmet Enoki Roll ($9.50): switching bacon for Gourmet Bakkwa (made from pork belly 🥓), this creation plays on layering of flavours & textures. I absolutely love the crunchy earthy enoki 🍄 that boasts of natural sweetness, which pairs well with the savoury bakkwa. Quite an oriental dish! 😋

Top on the must-try list 🌟 at the bistro at @beechenghiangsg Grillery is this beautiful platter of DIY SLIDErs ($14) where you can customise your own mini burgers! 🍔🍔

With a choice of pork/chicken coin-shaped bakkwa, sandwich them between the petite burger buns 🥯 which are lightly toasted, together with sweet caramelized onions, cute quail eggs sunny-side up 🍳, cherry tomatoes 🍅, lettuce 🥬 & their housemade sambal mayo!
