This was really good and worth every calorie. It’s not starchy and we loved the eggy crispy sides
I know some may balk at the amount of oil but it’s really hot and when done right, the oil doesn’t stick.
One of the famous beef noodle stall in George Town. Currently selling at one of the coffee shop at Carnarvon Street. Their soup was rich in flavour and meat portion is generous. RM9.50
Soup is rich and complex in taste, including hints of fat. Kuay Teow is silky smooth and al dente. Shallots are freshly fried. Generous portions of ingredients makes this bowl of culinary heaven complete.
Located opposite the Beach Street Fire Station, there is a coffeeshop that houses a beef soup koay teow and oyster omelette (both recommended by our driver, Uncle Sunny). We managed to rush there for our last few pit stops before heading back to Singapore. A hidden gem that the locals go for their food fix.
Absolutely love and missing the beefy broth that feels so wholesome 😌 #highlyRAEted •
