Meringue style japanese pancake in matcha flavour. Comes in a stack of four or eight that comes with a doop of butter on the top but and we added additional topping such as red bean and scoop of vanillia ice cream for a dollar each. Pancake was indeed light and fluffy but it was slightly undercooked as i can taste the uncooked batter from the pancake.

Pancake is fluffier than expected. Needless to say banana and chocolate goes well together. Plenty of banana slices in between each layer

Fluffy pancake with sweet and sour mango is a perfect match. The delicious pancake compensates for the squeezy and hot environment

The matcha flavour wasn't that strong here, although it did help mask the eggy taste which was very apparent in the original pancake stack. Do note that there may be a waiting time of about 15 mins for this.

Such Japanese pancakes are made using meringue to achieve the light and fluffy texture. No it doesn't wobble that much because it's not as thick as Gram pancakes haha. What struck me the very first bite was the strong eggy taste, which sadly I didn't fancy. It's still a good stack of pancakes, but my personal preference will still be the American buttermilk pancakes.

Absolutely irresistible, even though we had this perfect brunch for dinner. These millefeuille pancakes which hails from Osaka is as fluffy as it looks, and its strong eggyness taste definitely shined through, with a slight hint of buttermilk in it too (or maybe just the combination from the milk and the generous egg whites)

$7.90 for this pancake stack, that comes with v light cream, salted butter and all you want maple syrup.
