Burpple Beyond Premium and Lite membership plans can be used daily (subject to certain exclusion days – see below), at any time during a participating merchant’s valid hours.
You can redeem one deal for every 2 diners and up to a maximum of 4 deals can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more (the "Maximum Redemption Limit"). Multiple deals can be redeemed by one member or up to four different Burpple Beyond members, subject always to the Maximum Redemption Limit per group. Do inform the staff you are using Burpple Beyond prior to ordering to find out if there are any additional terms and conditions on the use of Burpple Beyond, and which menu items are valid for redemption.
Redemption should be done prior to requesting for the bill or payment in the presence of a staff member of the restaurant.
Deals are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, Deals, promotions, off-the-menu item or loyalty/rewards programs.
BURPPLE BEYOND is a premium membership program designed to help members explore a curated collection of restaurants, where you get to enjoy double up deals and more. BURPPLE BEYOND is owned and operated by Burpple Pte Ltd (UEN 201135702G), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (“Burpple”).
The use of BURPPLE BEYOND and all Deals under BURPPLE BEYOND ("Deals") are governed by the Burpple Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, these Rules of Use ("Rules") and any specific terms of use indicated in respect of any particular individual Deal (“Specific Terms”). BURPPLE BEYOND is a “Burpple Service” as defined in the Terms of Use.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any conflict between (i) the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, (ii) these Rules or (iii) any Specific Terms; the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall prevail over these Rules and any Specific Terms; and these Rules shall prevail over any Specific Terms.
Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Deal.
You can redeem your Deals on the Burpple App by taking the following steps:
1. Navigate to the BURPPLE BEYOND section on the App
2. Select your chosen Deal for redemption on the App
3. Ask the server prior to ordering if there are any additional terms and conditions on the use of the Deal, and which menu items are valid for redemption.
4. The instructions will prompt you to complete the redemption witnessed by the server upon bill request.
5. When the redemption process is successful, the Deal is redeemed and the lowest priced menu item will be removed from your bill.
To redeem more Deals, repeat the same process.
Up to a maximum of 4 Deals per visit/booking/table for a group of 8 people or more can be redeemed as follows:

Each Deal, as indicated in the table above, must be used in pairs only.
In the case of a disagreement over a bill, please settle the bill first, then contact Burpple with the details of the dispute. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution by Burpple.
Deals may be redeemed when a user’s membership plan is valid, and as indicated on the Deal validity period by a participating merchant. Burpple reserves the right to remove and/or amend a Deal at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if a Deal is removed or amended.
Deals are only redeemable with the merchant making the Deal and at the location(s) specified, if any.
Deals are applicable only for the menu items and location(s) specified for the Deal.
Deals are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, Deals, promotions, off-the-menu item or loyalty or rewards programs.
(For Premium/ Lite Plan) Deals are valid 7 days a week, at any time during a participating merchant’s valid hours unless otherwise specified in relation to a specific Deal and excludes exclusion days.
If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any valid Deal, please contact Burpple’s Customer Service.
Unauthorized modification or resale of any Deal is strictly prohibited, and may only be personally used by the registered member. Deals are void if resold or bartered.
Deals are not exchangeable for cash.
A Main Course generally refers to the most substantive dish when served as part of a multi course meal. As it is difficult to define a Main Course with absolute specificity, please clarify with a staff member of the restaurant, and inform him you intend to use BURPPLE BEYOND, before placing your order.
A Set Menu or Course Menu Item is an item which includes one or more of the following, depending on the merchant’s menu for BURPPLE BEYOND: starter, side dish, dessert or drink. Please clarify with a staff member of the restaurant, and inform him you intend to use BURPPLE BEYOND, before placing your order.
One Deal can be used to redeem one menu item deals under BURPPLE BEYOND only, unless otherwise specified.
One Deal must be used by at least 2 diners, up to a maximum of 4 Deals per table, for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1.1). Multiple deals can be redeemed by one member or up to four different Burpple Beyond members. For the purposes of calculating the total number of people in a group, a “diner” shall only be deemed to include individuals 12 years and older. For example and for illustration purposes, a family with 2 adult parents and a 10 year old child and a 13 year old child will be considered to be a group of three.
The lowest priced item (as listed on the Deal) will be deducted from your bill. The two items must be from the same category as indicated on the Deal, e.g. buy one "Main Course" and get one "Main Course" free; or buy one "Burpple Set" and get one "Burpple Set" free.
If you have enough diners to redeem multiple deals in a single table, the lowest priced items (as listed on the Deal) will be deducted from your bill, e.g. when redeeming two deals for four dishes, the two lowest priced dishes will be free.
No splitting of bills will be allowed. Only one bill per group is allowed.
Deals are valid solely for the menu items listed as Deals under BURPPLE BEYOND and are not valid for special events (e.g. buffets, set price brunch menu, special menus), unless otherwise indicated on the Deal.
Deals are not redeemable for starters, sides, desserts or platters, unless otherwise indicated.
Deals are not valid for delivery or take-away, unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts do not apply to service charges or taxes. GST and service charge may still apply to deducted item(s). For further clarifications, please check with the merchant.
Strictly no corkage is allowed, unless otherwise specified.

Users may become BURPPLE BEYOND members by following the instructions on Burpple.
Premium/ Lite Membership : Memberships are auto-renewed at the end of the membership period. By signing up to BURPPLE BEYOND, you hereby authorise us to renew your membership at the end of the year automatically, unless you inform us otherwise. Any change in fees shall be notified to Premium/ Litemembers prior to the effective date of such changes. If a member does not indicate, in the manner required, that he or she does not wish to continue with the membership after the change is effective, then the new fees shall be charged to the member’s credit card when the change is made effective.
A member may terminate his or her membership of BURPPLE BEYOND by following the instructions to do so. Notice of termination will result in any future billing being cancelled immediately. Members will be able to continue enjoying membership privileges or reactivate their membership up to the last day of membership.
Refunds: Burpple Beyond membership fees (including the fee for your membership and any other fees) are strictly non-refundable, even if your membership is terminated prior to the end of the membership period, unless we specifically communicate otherwise at the time of purchase. We do not provide refunds for any unused memberships.
The Burpple Beyond Referral Program (“The Program”) allows a registered Burpple Beyond Member (a “Burpple Beyond Member”) to earn incentives by referring friends to Burpple.
How to Earn Referral Incentives
Burpple Beyond Members can earn incentives towards future Burpple membership if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Burpple account that complies with our Terms of Use; and (ii) the referred friend signs up and becomes a paying Premium member.
The referring Burpple Beyond Member will be credited with the incentive described in the referral invitation or accompanying official promotional materials.
Paying Membership
A paying Premium member is a member who is paying a membership fee for a Premium membership.
Applying Incentives
Incentives are automatically applied to the referring Burpple Beyond Member and Referred friends. Details are reflected in the membership details, which is accessible through the Burpple app.
Incentives may not be earned by creating multiple Burpple Accounts. Incentives accrued in separate Burpple accounts may not be combined into one Burpple account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of incentives, please contact us. Burpple may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Burpple’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of incentives. Where applicable, Burpple may be required to account for taxes on any services for which the incentives are redeemed.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, or forums).
Referred Friends
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive an incentive indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used when signing up for a paid membership on Burpple Beyond.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Burpple Beyond Members, only the corresponding Burpple Beyond Members of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive the incentive.
The Program may not be combined with other Burpple referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Burpple referral programs, preference will be given to The Program.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Burpple may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove incentives if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Burpple Beyond Rules of Use and Burpple Terms of Use. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming incentives can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms of The Program
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Burpple.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
Deals may only be used in the manner expressly allowed in these Rules, i.e. for the redemption of menu items. Users may not sell, distribute, transfer or deal with any Deals for any reason whatsoever, whether for profit or otherwise.
Burpple is not responsible for any failure to perform Burpple’s obligations if such failure is due to an Act of God, such as interruption to the Internet, failure of electricity or telephone service, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Burpple.
Users acknowledge and agree that Burpple is not responsible for any failure of any restaurant or third party to discharge its representations or promises in respect of any Deal, for any reason whatsoever. Burpple will however, use reasonable efforts to address any feedback or concerns raised.
These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore and the parties hereto submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
