What’s the difference between lite and premium plan?
The Lite plan gives members access to two deals per place, while the Premium plan gives members access to four deals per place. The two extra deals available to Premium members are pre-determined by our partners. Both plans are billed annually.
How often are the partners on Beyond updated?
New restaurants are added to Beyond monthly, so the list is ever-improving. However, there are some instances where existing partners are removed in the event of business constraints, permanent closures and intermittent upgrading processes.
How many deals can I redeem in one visit?
You can redeem one deal for every two diners. The maximum number of deals you can redeem in one visit is four, for eight diners. Learn more here.
Do the deals refresh?
The deals do not refresh. Each Beyond partner offers you four deals that are redeemable before the stated expiry date. Partners have the option to renew their deals when they expire. Learn more here.
Can I use Burpple Beyond on any day of the year?
You can enjoy deals seven days a week within the restaurant’s operational hours, except on pre-defined exclusion days.
