I'm no ice cream expert but I can tell that the quality of the ice cream is really good. A wide variety of unique flavours, flavours were authentic and really came through. For gelato, it's not so heavy on the cream (which most places are), and therefore not so jelat. There is more focus on flavor.

The waffle cone itself was very crispy, not too thick (which i liked). It's also a smart move to make the waffles in front of everyone, where everyone can see, and smell the fragrance of the waffles. And trust me, you can't get there anywhere else.

Been a couple of years since I’ve had BOP, and they’ve certainly grown in popularity since! Was surprised to find that they’ve retained largely the same selection.. But I suppose that is testament to how well loved these flavours are. We opted for a single scoop on cone($6). The mango sorbet was refreshing, syrupy thick with just the right amount of sweetness. The white chrysanthemum featured a milky base with floral notes, complemented by bitter cacao nibs. Made fresh, their thyme cones are a must-order!

4.5⭐ The ice cream is so 👍🏼. 3rd time eating the ice cream and it never disappoint.

The thyme-infused cone was freshly made on the spot, maintaining its crispiness. It was thin and complmented the earthiness of the roasted green tea flavour very well. Much loves! 😋

Much had been said about the uniqueness of the gelato here, but I would confess that it was my first try of their food.

The name “Spiced Pear” just appealed to me, and it made total sense to have it with their freshly made thyme-infused cone. Going at S$6.00, the unconventional dessert carried hints of spices and herbs that not only added some dimension to the flavours, but also balanced the sweetness with a unique satisfaction as though this was more than a gelato in a cone. The subtleness of the flavours made the treat a little more special than usual.
