Roasted sesame - a little inconsistency as some parts were icier, but flavours were fantastic! I loved the aromatic roasty sesame though it’s slightly sweeter than expected.

😍😍😍 Indulging in BOP ice cream with thyme cone! Must try!

Not kidding when I say this DA BOMB. Every ice cream flavour gives a clean, refreshing taste, and all are pretty darn spectacular — memorable ones include lychee, strawberry basil; while typical ones like chocolate and mango just deliver beyond your expectations.

More on our insta stories!

After our Indonesian meal, we had the customary @BOPGelato, almost being to the point of boring by having our customary flavours - hazelnut and white chrysanthemum, with the aromatic thyme cone no less.

Finally tried this for the first time. I tried the White Chrysanthemum, Sea Salt Houjicha and Pistachio flavours. I liked the Sea Salt Houjicha and Pistachio! Both were rich and creamy. The White Chrysanthemum really tasted like chrysanthemum too! Pretty impressed by how much flavour they manage to incorporate in their ice cream.

The thyme cone is really thin and crisp. It gives an earthy and almost meaty flavour. I can see why people like it.

Price: $4.70 for single scoop, +$1 for thyme cone, +$1 for certain flavours eg. Pistachio

White Chrysanthemum Gelato ($4.70) was a refreshing ice cream flavour. A light flavour complemented with cocoa nibs but if you’re not a fan of bitter bits stuck in your mouth, this may not be the one for you. If you’re an adventurous eater, it’s certainly worth a try. The texture isn’t anything out of the extraordinary. Its texture is part sorbet and ice cream so indulgent ice cream eaters may not be into it. [7/10]
