I had ribeye as shown in the picture. Perfect medium rare cooking, also consistent in this restaurant. The pasta and sides were amazingly good too in this italian steakhouse.

Great sides to go with the meat! We got the creamed spinach with crispy shallots and the classic fries seasoned with sea salt & herbs.

F1 Karoge washu bref Wagyu & Tajima bloodline, thick cut in traditional Tuscan manner, 420+ days grain fed, marble score 6 from Australia.

Nicely charred steak with a delicious crusty exterior, well seasoned with a robust flavour, cook was perfect, meltingly tender as can be seen from the pinkness of the meat. It’s flavourful by itself, but you have the option to vary the taste sensations with the accompaniments, tre formaggi (mascarpone, gorgonzola, roquefort), salsa bernese (hollandaise, tarragon), Rosemary mustarda (rosemary, cream, mustard), bordolese (red wine, shallots). We made a separate request for the whole grain mustard too!

Wagyu cubes served with anchovies, fried capers and quail egg yolk. The fried capers and chives provide the bite, the anchovies some tartness, and the egg smooths everything together. Loved the texture, marbling and the marinate on the minced Wagyu. Perfect blend of flavors to go with the crispy crostini!

300g hand formed young mozzarella served with field greens. Option to add pachino tomatoes for $9. Fresh and creamy burrata! One of the better ones for sure.

The signature Bistecca Alla Fiorentina ($188) consists of a 1.1kg slab of Australian wagyu cooked over a wood-fired grill. The result? Deliciously charred, smoky crust and well-marbled, juicy centre that's bound to satisfy two to three beef-loving diners.
