If you're planning to have a nice date, it's a nice place to consider. 3 course dinner at $60/pax. Include starters, main and dessert. The food are great. I order the pork rack which taste awesome.

A good balance between sweet and tangy, with fruit that added pops of colour to this pretty dessert. Delicious end to a wonderful dinner :) | 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pulled Pork Sandwich, Multigrain Toast, Arugula, Fries which served an umami-rich pork that enhances the flavour of this brunch dish. Read more: http://www.misstamchiak.com/sunday-brunch-at-bistro-soori/

The stylishly elegant interior had me full of anticipation for lunch but I ended up feeling deflated. Sure, every part of the ambience was carefully calibrated, including the music turned low enough for conversations to take place at a low decibel but the nicely-presented food didn't manage to make that great an impression. Here's what I had for my 3-course lunch set...
Starter: 18-months Aged Parma Ham served with arugula, parmesan cheese, crushed pistachio and white balsamic dressing which I found decent with interesting textures playing off the quality Parma ham.
Soup: An espresso cup-sized serving of the indistinguishable soup-of-the-day, complimentary with the 3-course set.
Main Course: The Wagyu Beef Burger that was a major let-down. Tough and chewy, there was no "Waaah" anywhere in this Wagyu patty. Even the brioche slice on which it sat wasn't great. What I found odd was the cheddar cheese sauce that had been poured everywhere. It tasted uncannily like the bright orange cheese you get with your order of nachos at the cinema. Some people might view this as a good thing but I am not one of them.
Dessert: A Banana Cake with Vanilla Ice-cream that was the saving grace of the meal. At least I ended lunch on a nice note.
There're ample choices for each course in the lunch set menu, so perhaps I had not picked the better ones this time. Would I return to try my luck again? Hmmmm... Not very likely.
