So I made some. I used a combination of lean mince and pork belly mince in my meatballs to make it extra juicy.
Sorry this festive greeting came late, it has been hectic the last couple of days. With all the mise en place and cooking since last Thursday, I manage to finally have a rest day today.
For dinner tonight, I made a Braised Pig's Trotter with Shiitake and Sea Cucumber.
Of course gotta have it for my last lunch of 2016.
