Had the Eggs Florentine at The Blue Frog in Sanlitun for Sunday brunch and it turned out to be better than I'd expected.
The pair of perfectly poached eggs perched on the fragrant-with-garlic sautéed spinach had a Hollandaise sauce that tasted simply delicious. The bread on which all that rested upon, was delightfully soft and fresh.
