I’ve never had Blue Label pizza so my mum said if I can get a new job, she’ll treat me to it! 😂 And so we had Blue Label. I’ve only heard good things so I think the pizza didn’t really meet my high expectations. As a pizza lover I think I’ve eaten better pizzas in my life. I think pepperoni really requires a thick, generous crust for it to be truly enjoyed (this one was neither thin nor thick really). Also I wish the pepperoni was thinner and more crispy. Found the dough a little too chewy for my liking. One of the ingredients was chilli oil but couldn’t detect it (not complaining!)

Wasn’t a fan of the crazy amount of toasted sesame either, it made the pizza taste strange and fusion-y like Chinese hawker centre breakfast food (e.g. butterfly bun/fritter or youtiao). The capers were also so charred that they were crispy and all the juicy flavour of the capers was gone, would be better if they were added after the pizza was cooked, just my two cents on how I think the pizza could be improved overall. I think the price is reasonable if you’re sharing with others. If I come back again I will probably try a different flavour.

Wish I was a baller:
Sliced steak, french mustard bechamel, roasted onions, mushroom, provolone. The meat is not dry or chunky like you imagine sliced steak to be but more like pulled beef. I love the sauce - it taste like some unami mayo like sauce that goes so well with the beef, onions, mushroom and complements the dough perfectly.

Love this flavour combination. Will order this again if I’m here.

The crust is thin with a crispy like cracker edge. I wish the edges were chewier though, but my friend likes it crispy like this.

Crispy chicken sandwich:
Brussels sprout slaw, heirloom tomatoes, gouda cheese.
Bread is nicely grilled with spread. Slaw is creamy and not bitter. The fried chicken is not oozing with meat juice or whatever but it’s also not dry. I like the crispy breaded skin. A good alternative if you do not want fries or salad for sides.

I prefer thin crust pizza over thick ones and this one totally nailed the crust with the added sesame seeds!! Rly fragrant and pleasantly good to me 😍

But at least we can get a slice of this @bluelabelpizza which serves amazing stone-fired pizza along with delicious starters.

Taking a spin around Summer in San Sebastián ($36). The thin crust pizza is topped off with a delicious array of ichorizo ragu, hokkaido octopus, espelette chili, and aioli. Taste wise it was great but I felt it was quite spicy for me.

We had Summer In San Sebastian ($36) where the umami crispy thin crust was filled with delicious chorizo ragu, hokkaido octopus, espelette chili, aioli. Now I could fully understand why my dining partner said that after having the pizza here, she would never have pizza from other places. Really really good!
Another great recommendation was the unique Blue Label Salad ($19). Such magical tasty combi of brussels sprouts, dried blueberries, manchego & mustard vinaigrette 😘
Fresh oysters ($7 ea), half bottle Sauvignon Blanc ($54), Honey-garlic-sriracha Chicken Wings ($14), Grandma’s Carrot Cake ($14), great company, engaging conversations, friendly service & relaxing mood perfect for the wonderful evening 😘😘

Do not miss on the cookie and ice cream at Blue Label Pizza & Wine!

My second visit after two weeks and I HAD to try the famous LUKE’s Chocolate Chip Cookie (S$4). It’s warm, it’s chewy and not overly sweet. My favourite kind of cookie.

And of course you gotta add their Blue Label “Hoodsie” Ice Cream Cup (S$7) to go with the cookie. Might I recommend their hazelnut coffee flavour? It’s wonderful.
