Malaysian fried chicken just tastes different. This was juicy, tender and very seasoned. The restaurant looks like fast food, but in consecutive visits the wait was super long, I would say longer than ordinary restaurants.
Checking out fried chicken Sabah style at Borenos fried chicken. The chicken is in between KFC's original and hot & spicy and is not bad. The fries and coleslaw was a waste of time. They're not better or cheaper than KFC. And I'm not so sure about EDM as background music.
