Meat was very tender that it fell off the bone. I loved the sauce as well. Tasted citrusy to me.
Mushrooms that were underneath were huge and juicy.
Mashed potato complemented the duck very well.
At $18, it’s quite pricey and so the 1-1 deal under Burpple beyond made it very worth.

Fave dish at boufe! Juicy succulent prawns and sufficient gravy on pasta!

Once again, the "minced meat" that you see in this dish is actually plant based and yet it tastes equally as delicious as the traditional dish which hailed from Taiwan. I like how the addition of beancurd, oyster mushrooms and broccoli made it more wholesome.

My mind did a double take the moment I took a bite into those delicious meat balls. I just couldn't believe it was actually vegan because I would have believed it was a regular meatball pasta. The noodles were cooked to perfection as it was soft went really well with the tomato base. But the meatballs just had to be the highlight of the night as it was so juicy that I wouldn't mind becoming vegan.

Tried the all day breakfast bowl at @boufesg which comprised of crispy roast pork, onsen egg and avocado. Also tried the new gula melaka caffe latte which was a pretty good "boba coffee"! #burpple #burpplebeyond @entertainersg #entertainer @burpple

Ba Chor Hei Pasta ($15)
.
A modern twist to the popular ba chor mee @boufesg , the mee kia is replaced with angel hair pasta coated with a slick thyme soy sauce. Mushroom and prawn fritters, sous vide egg and shallots top the pasta. Overall, the pasta coated with the egg paired well with the crispy fritters and my favourite part of the dish was the fried shrimps. The minced pork flavour was a little lacking though.
