[CLOSED] Boufe (Marina Square)

The cakes here are beautiful and is not too sweet. Had the truffle mushroom croissant as well and the croissant is crispy! Overall, good experience.

From Boufé Coffee•Cake•Croissant, an extension of Boufé Boutique Cafe situated at Phoenix Park serving up a small selection of croissant sandwiches and their signature cakes. Predominantly more of a takeaway concept, the stall takes over the former spot of Munch Saladsmith; does have a few dine-in seats for those who wish to have their food there. The Smoked Salmon Croissant is pretty decent; fresh, cured salmon that is all savoury served with capers, Greek Yogurt (?) and crunch of the greens within in between a fluffy croissant. Patrons can also opt for a set; comes with coffee or tea of one’s choice.

Of white chocolate yogurt mousse, honey genoise, chocolate sable and calamansi jelly graced off with a marbled glazed.
