($7.50) The bee hoon texture was not that hard or soft (dent type noodles). But the soup broth quite thick tbh but adding some bonito flakes. But they give not much ingredients such as vegetables, fried and sliced fishes.
($6.50) I decided to try their rice bowl as I always passby the area for rojak ~ But their mentaiko sauce coated with the chicken breast is not barely taste tbh. The fried rice got grainy texture, got a lot of eggy flavour and not that oily.
Located at the basement food court of Toa Payoh Hub with its own dining area, Bowl & Bowl served a wide range of rice bowl selections here.
I gotten the one with pork chop, comes with juicy slices of pork chop on the top. The fried rice tastes nice and not too oily for me, even though it is fried by their robot machine.
Interesting eatery within the food court serving pao fan and fried rice. This is one of the add-ons. Normal lor.
Interesting eatery within the food court serving pao fan and fried rice. The fried fish was the most interesting. It deep-fries normal sliced fish, instead of using fillets. The result was great.
L: Mentaiko Chicken Fried Rice (Original) - $5.80
Very decent bowl of fried rice! The mentaiko was just nice, not gelat at all and the chicken was tender.
R: Sliced Fish Pork Bone Soup - Pao Fan (Spicy) - $6.90
I really enjoyed this paofan! Very generous portion and the sliced fish were so fresh! The spicy soup also had a nice mala fragrance to it and it wasn't oily at all.
Will definitely be back for more! ππΌππΌ
