The best pork chop I had in ages! When come to such thickness, pork chop would tend to be tough and hard. But this stall did it perfectly! Don't be deceived by the pinky center! .
|
The boss insisted to used organic chilled pork to present this dish. If you want the meat to be full cooked through, it will be best to skip this dish! .
|
The boss seared the pork on the hot plate which instantly sealed in all the juicy. When both sides were browned, then he placed a metal bowl over it and let it self steamed. This technic resulted which this juicy and tender pork chop! .
|
The only downfall of this dish would be the sides. Over fried fries and "try to hard" salad sides.

Hidden gem in coffee shop. This place is serving meat better than most restaurant outside! 100% grass fed beef!!! .

When the steak arrived on my table, I was curious why there was no steak knife. To my surprise, the boss didn't buy any! How am I able to cut the steak?? Force my way through? .
|
Unwillingly I took my first cut with the normal dining knife, my knife went through with an ease! It took almost no effort for me to cut through the steak! Simple salt and pepper was all they need! The taste amplified after every bite! 🐂🐂🐂.

From the same people behind Ryan's Grocery at Binjai Park (established by Ryan's parents to fulfill his special dietary needs), this hidden gem serves freshly-chilled, organic and grass-fed meat from Down Under at a coffeeshop (the same one that houses Kim Keat Hokkien Mee).

As expected, the prices are a little on the high side, but I'd say it's definitely worth the mini splurge for the quality you're getting. [Though the boyfriend said he expected more wedges for the price tag, I didn't really mind cos that meant space for a cone/cup at Creamier 😝]

The beautifully frenched cutlets were seasoned just enough to coax the wonderful flavours out and then cooked to a spot on medium rare (wish both sides had a more golden brown seared crust though).
Heed their advice to enjoy it as it is — it really is juicy enough, not to mention very flavoursome with no gamey taste.
