Food here was slightly above average and pretty small serving.

Hors d'oeuvre

Burrata Salade (burrata with marinated tomatoes, rocket salad and drizzle of olive oil.) pair well with 🍅 👌

Escargots de Bourgogne (bake snails with butter, garlic, parsley and break crumbs.) love the garlicky and buttery sauce that was so flavourful. 😋👍

Le plat principal
Pan seared sea bass with bell pepper Powerade, chorizo, pine nuts and artichoke. I like the crispy fish skin and moist meat 👌 but don’t really like the Artichoke.

Braised pork belly with mashed potatoes, pearl onions, mushrooms and baby carrot. Too much fats 😔 and we prefer the pork belly cook in Chinese style.

Fromage ET Dessert
Cream brûlée was really good and not too sweet👍

Fresh Strawberry with pana cotta milk jelly. Very basic pudding 👌

This cold salad entrée came with lots of sweet succulent meat of an Alaskan King Crab, and that in fact forms the entire base of this salad pictured here. On top of the crab meat is refreshing, crisp salad tossed with remoulade, dill, yoghurt dressing and flavourful paprika mayonnaise that lends a tinge of spice to this salad. Surely one for crab lovers.

One of the best starters in St Regis new à la carte menu is this beef tartare featuring hand-cut beef with a zesty spicy mix consisting of cornichons, capers, and shallots, with heat from mustard and tobasco. A thick confit egg binds all these together for a hearty satisfying bite. 🔸

This is part of Brasserie Les Saveurs' new à la carte menu under newly-minted Executive Chef Thibault Chiumenti. You can start your meal with appetizers such as:
* Pâté en Croûte ($34++) - a pastry-enveloped terrine comprising of pork and foie gras pâté;
* Salade de Crabe ($32++) - a sweet, succulent meat of an Alaskan king crab tossed with crisp salad, accompanied by remoulade, dill, yoghurt dressing and paprika mayonnaise
* Escargots de Bourgogne ($21++) - snails poached in a court bouillon then baked in an aromatic spread of garlic butter and parsley

I also liked this lobster bisque. It was thick, filled with the sweetness of cognac, but without the intoxicating sensation of alcohol. The bisque was also filled with real lobster flesh, for only $22.

I would order this again. As Brasserie Les Saveurs has unveiled a new à la carte menu featuring many other tempting traditional French dishes, I also like this steak which I found to be value for money.

This is the ribeye cut, which means it's going to be more fatty and juicy compared to loin cuts. And this is wagyu, likely Australian wagyu, affordably priced at only $68++ for such a large slab of me. I've tasted several Australian wagyu that don't make the cut in terms of flavor and marbling, but this is one that juicy flavorful wagyu.

Which means that, instead of $200 for Japanese wagyu of this size, you are paying only a fraction of it, and get to dine at one of Singapore's top hotels.

And with that comes this French classic, pan-seared foie gras, served with poached apple and gingerbread coulis.
