This wasn’t very sourdough-y at all (not tangy enough), and the crumb was pretty tight/dense. Had expected more, since it appears that they are a bread specialty shop. Might return to try their viennoiseries!

Breads were fresh and really delicious! Highly recommend the Kouign Amann!

Would say to skip this, thought it could be a lot more richer in chocolate and a better balance of milk to chocolate ratio.

BREAD CRÉATEUR has been my go-to bakery to pick up pastries, and I finally got the chance to try their brunch menu! Went with this Ham & Cheese ciabatta that was generously topped with leg ham, Emmental cheese, baked zucchini, apple chutney, aioli sauce and served with mixed greens. LOVED IT. Ciabatta was fab with a crisp crust and a soft centre that had a nice chew, while the fillings complemented each other very well - really enjoyed the variation of textures and how it wasn’t too heavily seasoned! Service was warm and friendly as usual.

Toasted Italian mixed herbs bagel, smoked salmon , red onion , caper sauce served with mixed green. The bagel is absolutely beautiful- freshly baked bagel with sesame toppings, really fresh greens and refreshing caper sauce! The sauce compliments the delicate smoked salmon really well. Double espresso is very decent! Bread createur team gives a really welcoming feel !!

This cafe is not the easiest to access, but it's one where you'll want to head to for a peaceful and relaxing nook. Bread Créateur specialises in artisan breads and croissant varieties, so don't come here if you're looking for cakes and ice cream!

For first timers who wants a taste of everything, get the Chocolate Almond Banana ($4.50) - essentially a combo of their Pain aux Chocolate ($4.50), Chocolate Banana ($5) and Almond Croissant ($4). You get a bit of the flakiness from the croissant layers, slight bitterness from the Belgium chocolate, and sweetness from the marzipan and sliced bananas. It's great, but I'll stick to a single full-fledged flavour the next time because there's too little of every component 😂

The Charcoal Bacon and Cheese ($5.50) is a good savoury option, with a chewy bread and salty bacon and cheese for pleasure, but the charcoal is rather redundant and I'd like the exterior a little crispier.
