Jumped into sophistication after craving for @bsksingapore for so long!.

Here's one of the Mains that was heavily raved about in @gordongram @bsksingapore Menu! That's right! It's none other than Bread Street's Traditional Fish and Chips [$29++]. Exterior of the Fish was really crusty and The overall just taste so Fresh and Yummy! Along with the Thick Cut Fries that should be dipped into the Tartar Sauce taste amazing!.

All this goodness makes me crave for their Beef Selections the next visit!. Maybe with a glass of Riesling Or Moscato would be even better! What's better than ending off the day with a sweet note right?.

Just like what Ramsay Has said: Bread Street Kitchen is about fun, tapping into the culture; I think more than anything coming into a relaxed environment."

This was the must get dish in our minds prior the visit and glad we did. We were served crispy thick cut fries, crushed peas and a good sized piece of fish. Fish was very tender (albeit a little too soft for me) and fried crisp without being oily. I don’t usually request for ketchup, but make sure to get one here - they use Wilkin & Sons’ which was not artificially sweet with a lovely touch of acidity. Not the best but feels like a fail-proof dish to go for here.


Wanted to avoid this dish cause we’re not fans of green peas, but also wanted to give it a shot for the risotto - quite glad we did! While it’s very healthy tasting from all the veg, it was still creamy and sufficiently cheesy. Risotto was done well and we liked the crunchy textures from the asparagus and pea shoots. And if you’re wondering, we finished the green peas too 😂 It did get a little jelak after a while, so it may be better to share this like we did.
