I had the Pulled Pork Egg Benedict. The egg flows beautifully when you pierce into it and it goes well with the sweet, tangy pork shreds and the fat slices of brioche. Having said that, the salsa wasn’t the most necessary and this dish could have gone without it. Some of the rocket leaves were turning yellow. With more variation in the leaves and a layer of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, the magic of this dish can be brought out better.

shared this w my friend and HMMMMM although the passionfruit custard thingy inside was pretty good, there's this aftertaste that im not a fan of in the pastry. told them to heat up the cruffin but they didnt maybe there was a miscomm hahaha it could be better heated? have been getting disappointed by pastries these days probably gonna take a break from trying them~

tried the ham crossiant with pumpkin soup ($14) & a butterfly pea yuan yang ($6) while my friend got the lox and bagel. the best tasting item was the croissant. Personally liked having the apple slices in it, although others might not. it adds a nice crunch crunch plus it complements the sauce and ham! not a fan of the pumpkin soup as theres some smell to it. the bagel could use more cream cheese too!! (didnt try the smoked salmon cause i dont eat raw stuff) and the smell of onions was quite strong. couldnt taste the earl grey in the yuan yang as well :'(

First time trying a cruffin and wow I’m lovin it! The flaky croissant pastry was addictively crunchy on the outside (yes, crunchy, a weird word choice but try it and you’ll know) and filled with smooth passionfruit curd on the inside. For me, the most impressive part of this pastry was how the sour tang of the curd balanced well with the sugary exterior. Request to heat this up and eat this fresh and warm, you won’t regret it!!

The cruffin I had previously was so bombz I decided to pre-order some more online!! I got the Father’s Day special bundle which features the parallel coffee collab.. black, white and oat.
And this time round, we tried the lychee & matcha version! Still love!! Cruffins ftw!💯
