๐ŸดSecond visit here and sadly itโ€™s less value-for-money now that the #burpplebeyond discount has changed from 1-1 mains to 20% off. Still relatively affordable and yummy brunch offerings in a cosy cafe.

Paired with juicy mushrooms, wakame, furikake, and truffle sesame soy, it made for an overly flavourful bowl. However, personally couldnโ€™t quite taste any truffle and would have liked for stronger or more wasabi for a punchier spice element. Favourite part was the crispy and flavourful garlic-herb breadstick.

It was refreshingly tangy, citrusy, and packed a sour punch. This balanced well with the sweet cruffin and icing sugar coating. After getting them to warm it up, it was crispy on the outside with a soft airy interior but did wish for it to be more buttery and flaky (have read that bringing it home and toasting it yourself gets a better outcome).

Handmade meatballs and linguine is nicely cooked, pretty satisfying dish, will be back to try their cuffin!!

Great service, great food... Truly enjoyed my dining experience @breadyard. Better to arrive before 11am as the queueโ€™s already forming right from the start. Love how the flow of service is extremely stream-lined and how the f&b server are extremely hospitable! Thank you for the pleasant cafe food experience, definitely will be heading back for a re-visit again ๐Ÿ˜

Really flavourful and filling! Love that pistachio is used. Homemade vanilla ice cream?? So good.

Not pictured: Ultimate ham and cheese
Really love this! The apple slices... genius addition to the typical ham and cheese croissant.

overall good vibes. worth with the 20% off. thanks Burpple team

Bread Yardโ€™s queue on the weekends speaks for itself. This cafe has succeeded at taking the standard cafe formula and wringing a breath of fresh air out of it. Try the Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict (14) or the Bread Yard Big Breakfast (16) for classic cafe fare done right, or the Beef Kofta Shakshuka (16) for a more hearty meal. We also had the Great Vegan Bowl (14). Their coffee is also done expertly, and priced reasonably. The cafe space is somewhat tight, spanning two rental spaces directly opposite each other, and makes for a cozy - and during peak hours, buzzing - backdrop to the meal.
