My first time having banana foster I think, but it's basically caramel+banana+ice cream. The French toast was v soft which might not be what you want, but the rest of the components are absolutely on point.

Ice cream was soft and there's a good body(melts abit fast tho), the jam was their unique tart kind that's very lovable but the most impressive element was by far the candied bacon, which tasted like bakkwa in the best way.

Everything else was fine, except the pistachios which lacked crunch.

Stellar.

Ordered a variety of flavour for delivery but without a doubt , the passion fruit is my favourite . Not too sweet or sour - just the right balance , nice aroma with a nice texture of crunchy and flaky makes it a wonderful combination . This is my second time having it and still taste as good as i remembered .

I definitely enjoy the food here and the prices are really great with burrple beyond. However there aren't that many dishes to choose from. It is also pretty hard to get a seat. They also sell amazing sourdough and beverages which are worth a try and can takeaway!

Went to Bread Yard on the 07 Nov 2020 (forgot to post earlier 😅) when they still had their Burpple Beyond 1-1 deal going on (currently it's 20% off mains).

It's been too long so I honestly forgot what I ordered but I'm pretty sure one of them is the pulled pork dish.

Food:
Generally the portion is huge and really worth the price even without the 1-1 deal. I rmbed really enjoying the food but struggled to finish it due to the generous portion.

Experience:
As it's really popular, we had to queue for quite some time (the queue was split into ordering queue and table queue) but the staffs handed us some freshly baked cookies while we're waiting (really nice staffs!) .
General ambiance is very cosy and comfortable.

Will definitely go back again if I'm around the area (I'm an eastie so going to the northwest side is quite painful :') )

what we got:
seared tuna bowl ($14)
lox & bagel ($14)
beef kofta shakshuka ($16)

can’t comment on the bagel or shakshuka since i didn’t try them but the seared tuna bowl was decent. it had a good portion of nicely seared tuna slices but they could be fresher and juicier. the breadstick felt a little out of place but i’m not complaining, bc it was rly crunchy and flavourful 🥖

not somewhere i’d travel down for, but i wouldn’t mind coming after classes in school!

Wanted to try this for the longest time, and I'm glad that I did. The Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict ($14) was just amazing, with fresh ingredients used. The eggs were well poached, the stewed pulled pork was really flavourful and tender and the brioche bread 😍😍 bread yard is known for their breads and this really didn't disappoint. The brioche bread was soft and it was perfect as it soaked up all the egg yolk and other sauces 😍😍 what a good brunch especially if you work around the area!
