Fillings are stuffed till they almost look like they’re exploding. Recommend the peanut and coconut one! Peanut is very fine and just the right amount of sweetness. Coconut is not dry at all. Red bean and black ssm are a tad too sweet.

From the Xing Fu Tang in a kopitiam. As usual, brown sugar milk is a head-scratcher since it's just milk with sugar. But as a non-fan of pearls, theirs were top-notch. Soft and fragrant.

From the Xing Fu Tang in a kopitiam. My virgin experience of this brand and I was impressed. The milk tea and the brown sugar went well together, unlike some places where they can't coexist. Most of all, as a non-fan of pearls, theirs were top-notch. Soft and fragrant.

Discovered a stall selling good wu xiang xia bing near my house! The ingredients were fresh, well fried & very crispy; and i also like the fact that they serve bee hoon here (some places just only sell the ingredients without bee hoon). Everything goes well with the sauce which has the sweet & spicy taste. Price varies depending on the ingredients you select.

There's an assorted range of flavours to choose from! Green tea, kaya, chocolate, cheese, green bean, yam, coconut, red bean, blueberry, lotus, black sesame & of course, peanut 😍😍😍 Doesn't it resemble a curry puff? πŸ˜„ They also sell slices of mee chiang kueh but only for coconut, red bean & peanut.

I do prefer this kind of folds as it's less messier to eat & guaranteed to have mouthful by mouthful of fillings πŸ˜‹ So satisfying!! Look at that generous grounded peanuts! 😱😱😱 The dough is not thick at all but still able to contain the ingredients without breaking apart πŸ‘

Ever since, churros appear in the pasar malam for Ramadan at Paya Lebar and Hougang. More and more pasar malam are coming out with the concept of churros flavor. I tried Mint Churros and personally find it much better than the stall in Hougang/Tampines Mall which was rather popular. This time, they are also open in the same pasar malam as Jess Favourites.
