The set can choose a topping + a drink.
Note: at a corner of the shop theres Self service plain water, chili sauce, chopped garlic, bean sprouts dish, peppers.

Every thing of the noodle and soup was good and tasty.
The braised Pork u see here is my added topping (in my set)

Definitely i will revisit again :)

Back at Brothers Ramen wanting to get their Shoyu Men ($12.90), but it was sold out. 😔 Went for the Chicken Ramen this time for a full sous vide chicken chashu + dumpling topping, as I wasn’t too big a fan of the pork chashu that came with their signature Brothers Ramen ($12.90) I had the first time. It was a little too dry and tough, but the chicken slices were tender and flavourful!

I’ve never really used to like chicken based ramen, but Brothers Ramen really brought it up a notch! Love how creamy yet drinkable the broth is and the al dente homemade ramen didn’t soften through the meal. It’s a super value for money quality bowl (no additional taxes) that’s extremely comforting!

It's been a while since I last been here. On a rainy day like this today , I miss having a hot bowl of Ramen!

The chicken was sous vide-d before being added to the ramen, making it really tender and easy to chew. The texture of the ramen had that bite to it which i really love, even though the soup was a little salty this time round. Brothers Ramen will always be the place to go to if you are looking for a soothing bowl of ramen without breaking the bank.

Brothers Ramen is a cosy little ramen space in CBD with value for money bowls. Was really tempted to get their new Shoyu Ramen but resisted that to get their signature chicken ramen! I prefer thicker noodles, but brothers’ thin ones didn’t soften as much like others do and it picked up the rich and creamy broth very well. While we weren’t that impressed by the slightly dry and tough slice of pork chashu, the tender chicken chashu and well seasoned wanton redeemed it. Two big thumbs up too for the complimentary water (there’s even both iced and hot options), beansprouts and mashed potatoes!

The one place that never disappoints for a very, very satisfying bowl of ramen is Brothers Ramen, which I can safely say is my most favourite ramen restaurant in Singapore!

My usual here is the Bellymen ($13.90) - soft, tender, generous and generously fatty pork belly in what I've read is a rich yet light chicken and fish broth with springy noodles and chicken wanton.

If you're keen for the chashu, I honestly prefer the chicken chashu over the pork, which is something really rare because I tend to be quite disapproving of chicken chashu, but the brothers at this humble ramen restaurant are able to make it so tender and flavourful that I personally find it interestingly more enjoyable than the pork alternative!

Regardless, amidst all the not-so-spectacular ramen chains and restaurants in Singapore, @brosramen is here to give you a ramen experience to hold in your hearts! ♥
