Have been aware of this place for long time but never gotten the chance to try.
This week as I was searching for some Japanese ramen and this place appear on my list.
They open for limited time only everyday so do check out their Facebook page for latest operating hours.
The brothers ramen is the most basic item on the menu. It has the original soup base with pork chashu, chicken chashu, homemade noodles and menma.
I really like the chashu especially the chicken, very soft yet remain tender in every bites. The soup was so tasty that I finished drinking all of them. $12.90
Our fav ramen place ever! My go to order is the chicken ramen and my hubsā the ābrothers ramenā ($12.9). Priced affordability and itās super good especially on a rainy day!
Add on the egg if you order the set. The yolk is always runny and on point šÆ
Thicccc soup base and springy noodles. Looks simple but every mouthful of soup was so satisfying. I was stuffed at the end of my bowl, even with the noticeable absence of ramen egg
Havenāt had Brothers Ramen in a while and was so happy to have this bowl again! Thereās usually a wanton, but theyāve replaced it with bamboo shoots this time.
Have been telling myself to try their other ramens like shoyu, but I will still end up ordering the chicken ramen š Was never a big fan of chicken-based ramen broths until Iāve had Brothersā for the first time quite a while back. The noodles were cooked perfectly as usual in al dente style and the star broth was as creamy and flavourful as I remembered it to be. Didnāt enjoy the pork chashu last time, but they prepare it differently now and itās much more tender and braised more thoroughly. I love how prices are kept affordable and youāll always receive very homely and friendly service.
Love how creamy yet light the broth is, thanks to the combination of pork, chicken and fish. The straight house-made noodle is eggy with a nice bite while the fatty braised pork belly melts in the mouth so easily. They also served free-flow beansprouts and cabbage when I was there that Friday. I feel Brothers Ramen tries to embed some local touches to their ramen and they manage to do it pretty well. A bowl of quality ramen at $13.90 is hard to get so this is so good at its price point.
The set can choose a topping + a drink.
Note: at a corner of the shop theres Self service plain water, chili sauce, chopped garlic, bean sprouts dish, peppers.
Every thing of the noodle and soup was good and tasty.
The braised Pork u see here is my added topping (in my set)
Definitely i will revisit again :)
