Very crowded food centre as it always attract the people who working around here, even for the evening especially after working hour.
Among all the stalls, Bua Siam is one of the stall that sell authentic Thai foods.
Lots of ingredients given for their pad thai. Be careful with the chili flakes, it could get very spicy if you mixed them all together.
Though the aromatics are strong and there's a decent bit of heat, the soup was slightly on the milder side. Nonetheless, a good bowl, esp due to its generous portion of fresh seafood(there were 4 large prawns?!?!?)
A must-order at Thai restaurants, I found the tom yum here addictive even though it was not as crazily spicy and sour as my ideal bowl of tom yum. This stall was recommended by my friend's lecturer who is a Thai (he had tried almost all Thai eateries in Singapore). They were generous with the seafood and I'll definitely come back for this again!
