It’s the first meal out with wifey since lockdown. #simplelunch at Burger & Lobster - yes, the lobster roll is good, with a decent amount of lobster chunks, lemon butter is good (personally love it), grilled lobster is okie, but sadly not much meat …

Having first brush with B&L in London, I must say that I am impressed with what I have tried in Singapore as well. Well toasted and buttered brioche bun stuffed with generous chunks of lobster meat lathered in Japanese mayonnaise. Loved how the lemon adds a citrus, sour kick to the roll, complementing it extremely well. From what I remembered, pricing in London is way higher than in Singapore, which makes it doubly worth it. Yes, $28 for this might seem expensive. However, for an arguably simple, yet oh-so-flavourful roll done right, I will return to this some day (and also, dream of it occasionally).

I unintentionally left out my specification on having no mayo on my roll, but they were willing to make a new roll for me. So thankful for the service!!

This is the classic roll ($29), we added $5 for it to come with a side salad and fries.

There were a lot of fresh, succulent lobster flesh sandwiched between the buttery crispy roll. Best eaten with hands πŸ™Œ

Had some lobster chunks inside and the lobster bisque tasted stronger than the cheese. I personally prefer a m&c w stronger cheese flavour, but my friend enjoyed it!

Favourite part is definitely the garlic butter! Broiche one was well toasted and buttery and there are lots of lobster meat!!
