Rarely see reviews of anything else apart from their burgers but thought this was worth a mention! Look at how their French Poulet Mid Joint Wings is glistening! Juicy and flavourful, this is one of the sides that you should order to go with your burger!

The Housemade Green Tiger Prawn Keropok was fantastic, crunchy and addictively good. I easily pop one after another in quick succession and had to resort to licking the crumbs of my fingers once they were gone!

If you’re looking for a great burger joint, look no further than BurgerLabo.

I still think about their dreamy pure Japanese Wagyu burger. A pure Kuroge Washu A4 patty from Toriyama Umami Wagyu which is seared at a high temperature with minimal smoking. Topped with red onions pickled in IPA, red onions cooked in Wagyu fat, American cheese, bone marrow, house-made mustard and shio kombu Mayo with calamansi kosho, semi-dried tomatoes, gherkins and cucumber. All sandwiched between a nice toasted bun by Bakery Brera.

It’s now my favourite burger in Singapore and I can’t wait to have it again.

Ordered the 300g BB ($23), patty flavour was good, onion was great. Read highly raved reviews so was expecting much more but there wasn’t much WOW factors, just a decent good burger.

Truffle fries was p good tho!! Very strong truffle taste & good bite to each fry!

Burgerlabo now does lunch takeaways.

150g waygu patty, pickled onions, house-made mustard, house-made refreshing sauce, bone marrow butter (although I didn’t really taste it but I’m sure it made some difference lol), cheese, bakery brera bun.

The mustard taste is strong (with a touch of heat) while the pickled onions add some acidity. The bun is pillowy soft (and not soggy after a long trip). If I have to nitpick, I wished they would have put less mustard for the other flavours to shine.

The patty is also thick - I feel single patty is just nice for that ideal meat to fillings & condiments to bun ratio.

Although it is slightly expensive at $24, it is a rather substantial burger that is bold on flavours, to satisfy your burger cravings.

I have not tried their BB so I can’t comment if it is more worth it though (at a lower price tag with quite similar ingredients)

Crowned "best burger", BurgerLabo has grown in both reputation and burger engineering ingenuity since my last visit. Most strinkingly, brioche buns are now sourced from bakery darlings Bakery Brera with palpable pillowy improvements.

The flavourful 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 ($18) patty delivered a sensual textural threesome — an absolutely pristine crust gave way to juicy succulence, then a slight crumbliness coated the palate full of rousing beef bits and fluids. The cheese and simple sauce built on it magnificently, but the bone marrow butter was honestly unnoticeable.

A simple burger but built with cutting edge technology from the lab, which also translated to a steep pricetag, especially for its small make. Best paired with their intoxicating 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (+$3) for a truly decadent experience.
