Amazing!!!!! The smokiness of the grilled shrimp complements the sweetness and zestiness of the fresh and crunchy vegetables perfectly! Comes with a generous amount of Japanese sesame dressing!

Ordered this on foodpanda and still tastes PHENOMENAL even though it is takeaway. Amazing!

Ordered both Deluxe Burger ($6.50) and Crispy Chicken Burger ($6.50) with Chilli Cheesy Beef Fries ($5). All was good! The crispy chicken patty looked dry but thankfully it was not. Deluxe Burger Patty was juicy. Fries was good and the sauce really complemented it though it’s a tad spicy. Would go back again to try the other items!!

Nestled within a hip and modern hawker centre on pasir ris, burgernomics is muslim-owned and sells very affordable burgers that taste superbly good. We tried the buttermilk chicken burger, deluxe burger and chilli beef fries. The buns on the burgers are so soft. Read on blogs that they sourced them from an artisanal bakery in joo chiat, so these buns are really fresh from the ovens. Ingredients and sauces used are generous and premium in quality. Our favourite one is the deluxe burger made from our favourite ingredients :beef, sauteed mushrooms, onions, double american cheddar cheese and truffle oil.

Determined to try this since it’s all the way in the East and we don’t get to eat it every other day, so we made the decision to wait till @burgernomics_sg was opened again for dinner. Located on level 2 of Pasir Ris Hawker Centre where all the hipster food are found, there are 6 burger choices to pick from.

The fillet of fish burger had 2 pieces of panko crusted Halibut fillet accompanied by potato crisps and pico de gallo. I always prefer panko crust as it’s made from crustless breads and gives a light, flaky texture on batter. Added texture by potato crisps but also probably why the burger was quite salty as a whole. Thankfully the tangy pico de gallo toned down the sodium load.

When asked for recommendations, I was told that many returned for the Deluxe burger but the owner’s personal favourite was the classic. Sandwiched between 2 pillowy buns were a Aussie beef patty that was explodingly juicy, double cheddar cheese, sautĂ©ed mixed mushrooms and onions, truffle aioli. The beefiness didn’t disappoint, but the earthiness of truffle was overwhelming. All prices are for a-la-carte burgers, which came across as a little pricey.

Usually comes with a single Aussie beef patty, double cheddar cheese, sauteed mixed mushroom & onion and truffle aioli. Top up $3 for double patties. It was such a mouthful but definitely worth a try! Really juicy, meaty and messy! Don’t worry. There are hand basins all around the hawker centre.
