With a base of cauliflower rice and topped with a generous myriad of ingredients such as guacamole, roasted aubergine, zucchini smoked peppers, a poached egg and the glorious woodfired steak, this bowl will surely fill you up for the entire day. Who says eating healthy cannot be delicious at the same time?

Another winner from the menu was their grain / bowls - Ribeye Fiesta. We topped up an additional $2 for cauliflower rice - chopped cauliflower cooked with peppers & garlic.

To top it, you get a perfectly medium rare ribeye, smooth creamy guac, poached egg & parsley.

The ribeye was soft to bite and flavourful on its own. Paired with the cauliflower, you've got yourself a pretty healthy & hearty bowl!

Heard so much of this bowl of kolo mee since they were at Hangar that it was the easiest decision to make when we had to decide what to order!

This bowl of Roasted Pork Noodles aka kolo Mee, comes with eggless kolo mee (mind blown), mushroom salad, poached eggs, Japanese anchovies, parsley, spring onion & mint.

It may sound like your typical noodle bowl, but this bowl packs so much flavour, paying $18 for it was totally worth it!

Mixing in their spicy sambal, each component of the bowl complimented the other, making it easy for you to just lick up everything in it under minutes!

Best part, it's also available on #BurppleBeyond!

One of their dishes in the previous Hangar’s menu made it to this new place and I feel that it was an improved version of an already damn good bowl of noodles. The Roasted Pork Noodles ($18) is actually their popular kolo mee and this time round, the bowl is made up of pulled pork, mushroom salad, poached egg and topped with a generous portion of salty Japanese anchovies and parsley. There is no roasted pork per say but the pulled pork more than makes up for it. The X-factor for me has got to be their chilli sambal which coats and goes so well with the eggless kolo mee that we actually requested for me. It is not too spicy for us and its more savoury in this nature. Once the dish is served, I highly recommend you mix it well and eat it fast as it will be piping hot and super shiok.

Essentially kolo mee with elevated ingredients- Japanese anchovies, eggless kolo noodle, roast pork, mushroom, poached egg. Chilli could have been spicier, but was sufficiently fragrant. The noodle was springy and roast pork flavourful. Nothing particularly stood out though and the price tag certainly doesn't help.

The Mildura lamb does make a difference here— tender with barely any gamey taste. And the wood-fire just makes it even better, giving the smokey and charred edges that are addictive. This is easily my favourite dish of the day with the refreshing couscous salad, housemate feta and crispy kale. The balanced contrast of texture and flavours are perfect here.
