The ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐  ($12) was a pork belly in a sweet-sour sauce and the fats were just a juicy explosion in the mouth. Despite not being a fan of fatty meat, the juiciness was unlike anything Iโ€™ve tasted and definitely worth a try for the fatty pork lovers out there.

The smoked milk ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ง๐š ๐œ๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐š ($12) was super smooth and soft, paired with fresh figs and herbs.

Their ๐’๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ ($20) remains one of our favourite burgers around. Stuffed with tender pulled pork balanced out by their homemade sauce and crispy coleslaw in a soft fluffy brioche bun, itโ€™s super filling and relatively affordable. We personally felt that there was a tad too much pork meat: vegetable & bun ratio, and found that removing some meat made for better bites, but who is to complain about having too much meat ๐Ÿ˜…

Idk how long these would be available, so I apologise in advance if this is giving you a severe case of blue balls; but I have to immortalise this moment. In particular, the sheer joy I felt taking my first bite. Iโ€™ve been blessed to have had really really great doughnuts the past year โ€” Sourbombeโ€™s bombolonis, Korioโ€™s amazing brioche doughnuts, Nassim Hill Bakeryโ€™s kaya doughnuts among the many; and now with Burnt Ends Bakeryโ€™s SFF-special Milo Dinosaur doughnuts I can safely say Iโ€™ve died and gone to doughnut heaven. These babies were utter pillows of joy. The doughโ€™s so so fluffy and soft, light and buttery, and just a wee sweet. It was an instant win on its own, and I was in love before even getting to that milo ganache snuggled within. I feel itโ€™s challenging to nail a milo-flavoured dessert; more often than not we end up tasting more chocolate than the malty drink we love. But these: maaaaan they were so malty. So luscious, rich, and intense. I usually only down one doughnut and keep the rest for later, but with these I had two right at once. They were THAT good.

Saw this appearing on my timeline a lot and finally got the chance to order for my own.

Comes in 3 different flavours and all of them are really delicious! They are available for self pickup or request for delivery. You have to order in advance as they sell up very fast and they bake limited quantities everyday.

These are glazed with orange and ginger which balanced the sweetness of the marshmallow very well and I enjoyed that gooey warm goodness too ๐Ÿ˜
