Ice cream Donut? Yes yes please! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Probably the best thing ever for the hot weather 🥵
Vanilla bean soft serve and @burntends.bakery.sg fluffy sourdough donuts? What can go wrong?

Call me slow, but never too late for a signature Burnt Ends Sanger! You can now even build-your-own Sanger with the DIY Sanger kit available online. But I am so glad that it survived delivery without turning soggy, especially the brioche buns.

I was honestly impressed by the amount of pulled pork and the 2 buttery Sanger buns, so so fluffy. Excessively packed with 12h slow cooked full-flavored pulled pork shoulder, coleslaw, chipotle aioli, pickled jalapeño and cheddar cheese. Savoury, smoky, acidic; an explosion of flavours in a bite. The size of the Sanger might not seem big, but the portion of fillings is definitely more than enough to feel stuffed if you are having the Sanger to yourself. Probably good to share to avoid the strong meatiness.

Beef and Uni (S$50). Two (big) mouthfuls of rich flavours. Delish.

Due to P2HA, dining out was obv not possible, but that doesn't mean you can't get Michelin-star quality food in the comforts on your own home!

Was blessed by a friend who delivered Burnt Ends to our home in celebration of my birthday!

Next, the Beef Marmalade. A must-order starter if you're dining in cause having it on the spot would definitely taste a whole lot different! It came deconstructed and I pieced it back based on my vague memory of having it that one other time. The marmalade is made of smoked beef brisket that's slow cooked with bacon & beef bone marrow. What you do is top the sourdough toast slices that comes with it with a portion of the marmalade, then top it with the house made pickles and aioli. What you get is a party in your mouth followed by fireworks beefy goodness and a slight tartness of the pickle to cut through all the fatty juices that comes with it. Even though it's a small bite, it ticks all the flavour boxes in this snack.

I was blessed by a friend who gifted me a meal from Burnt Ends! So here goes the multiple posts on it!

Next up, the Bone Marrow Bun. It does look a little unassuming at first, kinda like garlic bread from a certain pizza chain. But what's in it, is at least ten folds better than garlic bread. The spread is a mix of garlic and bone marrow slathered between their homemade brioche bun once again then oven-baked to ensure that all the juiciness has seeped into the buns. That first warm toasted bite screams umami & all I wanted was to be greedy and have it all to myself 🤫

The legendary Sanger ($21.40 nett) from @burntends_sg isn’t diminished by travel time. Its smart construct allows this slow-cooked pulled pork sandwich to hold up really well even as a takeaway. Those cheddar cheese-embellished brioche buns are soft yet they can withstand the onslaught of tender meat lavished in plenty of chipotle aioli, pickled jalapeños and purple cabbage slaw, and let me assure you, those come together as a mighty force of tastiness.
Bought a few for lunch today and my parents who tried it for the first time, loved it too.
