Personal preference but I liked their sui gyozas more than the pan fried version since its a bit of a waste to ruin that silky skin with grease. Nice piquant sauce and fresh enough fillings. They have seafood dumplings that cost a dollar more too.

Tasted like a cross between chinese lamian and Japanese ramen to me, but for all the grease, this was still pretty worth it for the tasty briney prawnish broth.

Dinner at one of our fav ramen restaurants, Burosu Honten! πŸ˜‹ Do try the kani crab seafood ramen 🍜 gyoza is great too!

Never had seafood gyoza before. Most other places only offer pork. Plus it was chef recommendation item. And it surpassed all expectations. Hubby took one bite and looked at me 😍. Plump and juicy. Lots of prawns inside made it sweet and bouncy. Hubby remarked that he never understood why I always order gyoza. He thot they were so mediocre and not worth the calories. Now he can understand. This was the best we ever had. Next time I wanna come here and order 4 plates for a gyoza lunch.

I had ginseng chicken before from other places. Quite bland. Not my style. So I was hesitant to order this. But it’s limited edition (only till 4 mar), which gets me every time. As soon as it hit my table steaming hot, I tried the soup. Lovely! Robust chicken broth with the taste of ginseng shining thru. I was really impressed. Got abalone some more. Quite a good size. I popped the whole thing in my mouth and felt the psstz of broth and abalone juice burst. Not rubbery, but a nice chewy texture that was extremely pleasing. The chicken thigh was ok. Nothing to complain abt. I asked for firm noodles. Felt more like medium but it was alright for me.

I got the spicy level 3 which was just nice. Spicy yet not so numbing so I could still taste the broth. Chashu was of good standard, with a nice charred surface. But it was quite fatty. The broth was really ultimate. Lovely umami flavor with a tinge of sweetness. Hubby gave it πŸ‘πŸ»
