Tried the crab Mac&cheese. They are quite generous with the crab meat and bacon sides but i thought bacon was a little too salty. The mac&cheese is a little jelat and wouldn’t get it again for my own. But worth a try - would recommend sharing this.
Also got the earl grey milk tea. Love this flavour of milk tea and it’s not too sweet.

Still think it’s pretty good burpple deal!

Tried the Tom yum seafood pasta and the unagi aglio olio.
Honestly like the pasta here. Pretty ok and filling, with the deal it’s pretty worth

💸: Around $65 for 4 pastas and 4 drinks which is pretty great deal.

I wasn't even hungry to begin with, but gave this place a try with my buddy. Food was so good I finished everything instinctively. We had the Creamy Chicken Tom Yum Pasta and the Pork Marinara Pasta. The sauce bases were clearly made from scratch, the fettucine was al dente...hence the empty plates.

10/10 would come back and eat even if no Burpple Beyond deal.

On another note, bud says it's 8/10. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Check it out for yourself!

And it's pretty empty on a weekday evening!

I have been here countless number of times and it has never once disappointed me. It’s a very pretty bar/restaurant with vintage posters over the walls.

The food is absolutely amazing for the price. 4 pax ate well for about $90 which is very reasonable considering we ordered more than one dish each. My favourites are the chicken quesadillas, bacon and shrimp aglio olio.

It would be better to make a reservation on fridays or weekends as it gets quite packed. They have outdoor and indoor seating.

Seafood Arrabiata ($20) - Lots of seafood including chunks of crab meat, but marinara sauce was somewhat lacking.
Creamy Chicken Mushroom Tomyum ($16) - Strong Tomyum taste to the cream sauce, overall favourite dish.
Smoked Duck & Shrooms Olio ($16) - Generous smoked duck portion an aglio olio was delicious, a close second favourite.
Truffle Mushroom Carbonara w/ Bacon ($16+$3) - Pretty standard carbonara, faint whiff of truffle scent.
The Hog w/ Sunny Side Up ($16+$2) - Was alright, nothing outstanding.
Burp Kitchen Wings ($14) - Crisp but sauce was a little too much on the tangy side.

Overall, decent food especially with Burpple 1 for 1 (pasta+drink. Great place to chill after a walk around the neighbouring Bedok Resevoir.

3.5⭐Try out the pasta at Burp Kitchen since we are nearby. The burpple deal includes a pasta and a drink. I had mac and cheese while WB had seafood arrabbiata. The seafood arrabbiata is generous with squid, prawn and crab meat but slightly spicy for me. The mac and cheese is filled with crab meat and bacon. I would prefer it to be baked with more cheese though and on hind sight, it's more of a sharing dish and not to be consume individually. The earl grey milk tea which I ordered is also quite diluted.
