08:00am - 09:00pm
got the $5 toast set but had to top up $0.80 for the PB&J toast and $0.70 for the lychee orange tea.
PB&J toast was just like what you’d expect and tasted quite ordinary but i appreciate how generous they were w the PB and strawberry jam! bread was quite fluffy and could be toasted for longer to make it more crispy on the outside!
lychee orange tea was nothing to shout about either but tasted quite refreshing with a subtle lychee taste.

C.F.C Set - $6.80

Crispy fried chicken sandwich with cheese & omelette. Picked the garlic sesame sauce. Set comes with a drink and I picked the BBrulee Teh latte ($0.70 more). Crispy chicken with omu sandwiched in toasted bread, together with sesame sauce is extra fragrant. Teh latte I asked for less sweet so the taste was rather balanced. Very enjoyable meal, will be back for more

A little late but better than never! Finally pulled myself down to @butterbeansg for their selection of thick toasts. Love the savoury Say Cheese! which features butter cream and a generous serve of the shredded cheddar. For the undecided, the PB & J which has the half of peanut butter (unsurprisingly tastes like @toastboxsg PB) and the other half of sweet strawberry.
There are also your kopis and tehs taken up a fancy notch to lattes. The BBrulee Kopi Latte ($3.20) stood out...

The sandwich is really good as the bread is soft and pair well with the battered fried fish and garlic sesame sauce. The tea and coffee latte is not bad but I don't really enjoy the caramelised sugar bits at the end.
Will come back to try their other sandwiches and buns.
Total damage:
B.F.F sandwich: $4.60
Kopi/Tea Creme Brulee Latte: $3.20
I am a fan of a cheese tea brûlée drink from a BBT shop out there and therefore was quite tempted to try this. The layers did not mix that well so it is like drinking kopi by itself followed by the brûlée layer. Furthermore I think the cheese/sugar layer on top could not be sipped smoothly with this cup design. I got this by topping up from a (so small for $6+) toast purchase. I think I'd stay with the traditional drinks the next time I drop by.
Toast Box has recently started this new concept store that twist the traditional snack and food into something modern.
For the toast, you can expect some interesting combination on the topping like this one. A interesting duo with strawberry and peanut butter. $2.80
