Just when you thought snacks from Tokyo are all about mochi, different flavoured Kit Kats and Tokyo Bananas, here's something different - butter financiers. The packaging isn't typical Japanese, and we also see several key ingredients sourced from France and Switzerland, made from cultured milk and fermented butter. I especially like the taste of the butter here, with moist dense fillings that are maple-sweet.

Their signature Butter Financier is made with fermented butter from Switzerland and salt from Guérande in France, bringing a rich buttery taste and aroma to it, with a soft and moist sponge refined with maple syrup that melts in the mouth. Feeling so awesome having these and I’m regretting now for not getting more back to Singapore.
