Roasted lamb marinated with saffron and Arabic spices.
I am not a fan of lamb but I find the lamb here tender, juicy and almost without any gamey taste :)

Feasting here at friday evening has a different tone to it, the chimes from the mosque nearby amidst a golden sunset glow, together with grill platter of meats and rounds of beers. The grilled lamb kofta is my favourite - crisp with its flavours brought out, together with the fragrant minced chicken sausage. The grilled chicken chunks was on the drier side. We loved the grilled haloumi, hummus, falefel

This feast is on the pricier end (~$75). Enjoyed this middle eastern cuisine and will love to find slightly cheaper alternatives too

The fact that they serve very authentic labanese food yet the flavours are simple enough for our tastebuds to explore and distinguish. Their lamb chops are so well seasoned and chargrilled that there is zero game and the meat breaks away. Labanese cuisine is also known for their kofta and mashwi which a mixed platter would be ideal to try them all. Whereas Mezza Platter ($31.50) allows you to try their appetising dips such as grilled eggplant with herbs and chickpea which is surprisingly good. To think all the flavours of the dishes complemented well and dont clash, i give it to the chef. And no labanese meal is complete without Laban Aryan drinks made from fresh yogurt and recommended to have fruity flavoured ones for beginners ($8.90). We prefer their Strawberry Ayran. An idea for your sundate or gatherings along 14 Bussorah Street.

Such vibrant atmosphere. Food was delicious, the mixed grilled platter at $ 38:90 ( for 2pax) was worth every$ with a combination of very succulent Lamb Koftas, Lahem Mashwi, Chicken Koftas, Shish Tawouk along with some very fragrant rice, grilled onion, chillies and sauces .
We also had Chicken Moussaka $17:90 served with bread, Margarita Pizza $18:50( for my 7yr old) and Dessert, Rice Pudding $7:50 ( my boy loved it and came as a big surprise to us as he never has any other dessert apart from chocolate cakes and ice creams)
I must say this place gets a big thumbs for not only their food, but also for their staff. Apart from being cheerful, prompt and courteous they attended to every query my son had prior dining in. Thank you for making our dining experience so wonderful. You guys have most certainly made a lasting impression.

Let me just say that every piece of meat is grilled to tender savouriness, with my favourite being the super fresh lamb cuts that have no hint of bad gamey smell or taste! The rice - very similar to briyani - is really delicious as well.

Besides the Mixed Grill, the Lamb Chops ($29.90) is a MUST ORDER; one of the best lamb chops I've tasted so far, with 0 gamey taste or smell too, and cooked to perfection, making this the most memorable item of the meal. You simply can't leave the restaurant without having tried this! 😍 📣 @kenpgl from @singaporefoodlisting for having me and @byblosgrillsg for hosting! 👊😁

If you've not had Lebanese desserts, then you're in for a saporous treat!

Don't recall actually having had Rice Pudding before - especially not any that tasted like what I had here! For $7.50, this Lebanese rendition has a consistency that is thick and mushy in comparison to porridge. It is made with milk which I feel gives the dessert a gentle touch of sweetness along with rose water. It is complete with strawberries and mint leaves for texture and refreshingness. There's no doubt this concluded the meal pretty pleasantly. 😌

This is part of a hosted meal at @byblosgrillsg. 📣 @kenpgl from @singaporefoodlisting for having me~! 😁
