Great Tonkatsu served at this new Hipster cafe along Chun Tin Road.

Good portion. Tender fresh pork loin with crispy outer shell...

Reasonable price at $22 for this set. Comes with miso soup and rice. Sauces provided was the tonkatsu sauce with grinded sesame and their house mustard sauce.

Taken over the old grounds of Tenza at 16 Chun Tin Road is Cafe Aoyama and Collaborative. For today, they are serving free coffee that's pulled from the Three Kings blend from Dutch Colony Coffee Co. It's a bit too watered down, and too milky somehow; hope they will work on it as time goes on. Had a small chat with one of the co-owners; they will be serving all-day breakfast once they kick into full operations, and would be featuring Jap-inspired dishes such as Katsu so do expect such fusion food to be served soon.

Aoyama opened its door for soft launch today and offered free coffee for the public. Only for today, they are using coffee beans from Dutch Colony and will be having their own blends when they are officially opened. The piccolo is of medium to full body which is lightly acidic and has a fragrant after taste. One of my favourite so far.
