This is not your typical popcorn chicken appetizer. The salted egg sauce wasn't too overpowering and was pretty decent! I loved the melted cheese that covered the popcorn chicken too 😘

Black Angus Beefballs $9.90
The herb focaccia toast had a very crisp and crusty edges making it very enjoyable, it was very filling and I barely managed to finish 1.5 pieces of the toast. The beef was very moist and tender but I felt that it was lacking some flavour.

Mud Pie $6.90
For $6.90, this was very value for money, served with Cappucino and Chocolate flavoured ice cream, and alot of oreo crumbs. The ice cream tasted okay but with the oreo crumbs and the pie at the base, it was pretty epic!

Banana nut and cheese muffins at $1.50 each! Pretty sizeable but a tad dry. The cheese muffin had a core of cheese spread and it was yummy! A great place to hang out after a morning exercise at Ang mo kio-bishan park

Sacher Torte $4.20
The friendly waitress asked us what kind of cakes we liked, as she fore warned us that most of the cakes were rich rather than light. We went with the Sacher Torte which was described to us as a chocolate cake with orange filling and it indeed was, admist the different layers, the middle layer was a sour orangey tasting layer. It helped offset the dense sweetness of the chocolate. I did rethink what the waitress said and definitely agreed with her that the cakes can be quite rich and may not suit everyone's tastebuds. At least they still serve swiss rolls and muffins which are very reasonably priced at $1.50.

For a newly opened cafe situated right under a block of flats at Ang Mo Kio, I think Mojito is doing very well with showcasing their baking talents! They have a wide variety of cakes, and tarts.
