Loved the super generous layer of huge and sweet strawberries! Tart shell was quite buttery, but we would have liked a little more cream to go with the almond cake layer so that it’s less dry. You can order these tarts beforehand and they’re available with various toppings at different sizes. We got this from the Cafe Ma Maison takeaway spot in Liang Court. Not too sure where they’ll move to with Liang Court’s closure nearing the end of the month, but I think you can still order them from their other Ma Maison branches.

It's hard not to fight against temptation and go for Dulcet & Studio's cream puffs at Liang Court, but I would say it gets a bit easier to decide once one tries them both. Dulcet & Studio does the pastry better in my opinion; the Choux pastry definitely takes the cake for me as compared to Ma Maison's pie crust pastry, but if I am craving to eat a cream puff for the cream, I might probably want to consider Cafe Ma Maison's. For instance, the Cream here is way more smooth and velvety, while the vanilla cream is just so aromatic — that rich cream speckled with vanilla beans is just hard to resist.
Bought 3 but havent take pic 2 in tummy alrdy. The crust and the cream have a hint of egg fragrant and the combination just perfect.
