Just like how my Nonna would make it .

Moist and bursting with real blueberries .

Gluten free penne with pork & fennel sausage (more like a patty though!), garlic, peas, spinach, sesame seeds.

Prawn Spaghetti ($15) is a simple dish served with garlic and tomato.

A little short of standard ....

Didn’t quite enjoy my pesto pasta today because for one - the pesto was too sparingly used and two - the pasta was a little too oily . My pasta sat atop of a pool of oil .

The usual me would have just called for service to return it - but I wasn’t in the mood today to do that - just wanted a quiet and non confrontational meal .

The blessing is that the damage to the wallet was not too huge - 13 dollars .

But I won’t be having the pastas for some time ....

This cake sang its way into my heart .....

Quite rare to find a hummingbird cake these days ... and what more an excellent one .

Just like what would be dished out from you nonna’s kitchen . Moist cake filled generously with pecans, juicy pineapples and topped with a not so sweet frosting with delectable toasted coconut shavings.

This cake is just way too good . ..

My default carrot cake to go to for a quick carrot cake fix 😊

For less than 5 dollars ( gst included ), you get a pretty huge and moist carrot cake with lots and lots of crunchy walnuts and a not so sweet cream cheese frosting.

Cedele used to be my first love but less so given that their carrot cakes tend to be pretty dry these days and overly creamed with cream cheese . I want more of the cake and less of the cream 🐹....
