they ran out of the crispy pork buns and xiao long baos when we went, which was really such a pity :-( liu sha bao was delightful—liquidy with a strong salted egg taste. would also recommend the dumplings in spicy sauce and the porridge here. overall their food was quite good across the board, nothing to complain about.

Dim sum at canton paradise (bedok mall)! All my favourite dim sum items here: Portuguese egg tart, baked char siew sau, steamed siew mai, fried beancurd skin roll, xo carrot cake. As well as fried tofu with pepper and salt, and dumpling soup! Made use of the dine in 20% offer discount (take away 30% discoubt. Both offers valid till 31 aug 2020. Today last day!) and shopback voucher (paid $40 for $50 worth) to get more bang for the buck!

Great for family dinners! Tze char dishes were on point, dim sum was very creative as well (pig dim sum was really a salted egg yolk bun that was pretty well done). Price was a little high but I suppose that’s to be expected for restaurant standards. Desserts can be given a miss though- the avocado dessert we had tasted very strange and a little like rubber.

I absolutely love dim sum, and this is hands down my most fav dim sum dish!! Just bite into that crisp, buttery exterior, and you'll be surprised with that savoury-sweet mouthful of char siew. There's not too much fat from the char siew, which is my preference, and the portion is just right too. I can finish 3 of this at one go!!

A crowd-pleaser at the table, we had the Crisp-fried Tofu with Salt and Pepper. Coated with a simple mix of the two elemental condiments, the small cubes of beancurd were incredibly soft and smooth within - just like tiny pillows encased in thin crispy exterior.
