Account Manager

Burpple is putting together a business team to further the Burpple mission of bringing more enjoyment to the both businesses and customers. The Account Manager will manage, consult and optimize our business products with businesses and brand partners for Burpple Beyond and related services.

What you’ll do

• Operations: Onboarding training and set up for new restaurant partners and providing day-to-day account support, and help the team to achieve targets
Optimize: Increase the chances of success for restaurant partners by analyzing performance and improve metrics through marketing campaigns or upsell products
Revenue: Upselling revenue products to improve partner performance, and to achieve targets 
• Tracking and reporting of performance for key partners
• Manage and lead ad-hoc campaigns or projects with industry partners, seeing through the campaign from start to finish
• Continuously improve the account management flow come up with innovative/creative ideas to grow and improve the partners account
• Work closely with the editorial team to curate and schedule weekly marketing plans for partners

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years experience in sales
• You’re sincerely interested about improving the food & hospitality industry
• Experience with business sales and a proven track record
• Experience in the food & hospitality industry is a plus
• Someone that represents the values of fun, fresh and enjoyment
• Influential meeting presence, dynamic evangelist and can tear down walls
• Outstanding communication skills in all forms: written, presentations and negotiations
• Passion for Burpple’s product, other consumer Internet and mobile products
