Digital Marketing Manager

Your mission is to bring Burpple’s content to a wider set of audiences through technology and data, and work with the product team to improve user funnel conversions. We’re looking for someone who strives to always be ahead of the curve, and passionate to market our best content to the most relevant audiences.

What you’ll do

• Work with our Content Strategist to bring Burpple’s content to a wider set of audiences
• Work with our product teams to improve user conversions on the Burpple platform
• Use technology and data to empower your work
• Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with product teams to improve messages and optimize user experience

What we’re looking for

• You’re a clear communicator and writer
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• You know the best practices of digital marketing UX
• You’re a proficient in social advertising and use Facebook, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics to find meaning in user behavior
• You understand A/B testing and marketing optimization
• You understand persuasion and storytelling techniques
