Cat & the Fiddle Cakes (Clarke Quay Central)

This was gifted! Surprisingly not bad, I didn’t have a good impression of this brand after trying their tiramisu which was meh, and triple fromage which was alright but not memorable.

This New York cheesecake was pretty smooth & silky in terms of texture, and the creamy / cheesy flavours was just nice. The middle part was nicest as it was slightly more moltenish compared to the sides. Didn’t like the crust at all though. This does get jelat so thankfully I had a thin slice.

this yuzu cheesecake was underwhelming and had a small size for its price 🥺 the top layer was soft cream while the bottom layer was the cheesecake 🧀 i would not recommend this cheesecake as there are better cheese cakes out there!

HAHA honestly eat everything in moderation.... because I tried all at one go and boo it was a bad decision I think I need to abstain from cheesecakes from a while 😭

Anyways they are lovely cheesecakes nonetheless. In picture clockwise direction from top left: Salted Caramel, Apple Crumble, Classic New York, Oreo cookies and cream, Durian & Milo. Favourites were durian and milo!! But honestly one at the time because I was confused by all the flavours very quickly...

Predominantly a fluffy cream cheese layer that is lusciously creamy 🤤, this 900g cake (yields ~10 slices) was indeed delish! 💕 Liked how the tangy raspberries balance out the overall sweetness. 👍🏻 The fruity lychee flavours made the cake more light & refreshing too! 💯
