Walking along Beach Street and you would find this pastry cafe, popular for their hand crafted French pastries with breads and cakes.

Lovey environment to sit down and enjoy some pastries and drink in the afternoon, after walking around the area of George Town.

Nikko & Yoryo is a cafe chain that has opened aka few outlets in different states, including Melaka, Johor and Kuala Lumpur.

Thereā€™s 2 outlets here at Johor, with one located at Taman Sutera Utama. Love their cosy space with Instagrammable spot.

Went for their charcoal latte, which still rich with the coffee taste and milk; added with charcoal hint in the flavour.

As early as 6am in the morning, you would already find this place swarmed with lots of people at the ground floor. Everyone is here to grab their breakfast before starting the rest of their day.

This place is not stranger to many, as you get all sort of foods right under one roof here. And this particular spot is one of the most famous place to grab your breakfast here.

Hainan tea is unique for its combination of coffee and milk tea. Making it very rich with the taste, a mixed of bitter and sweet at the same time. A good kick to begin your day with a cup of Hainan tea.

Of course you canā€™t just have a cup of Hainan tea here, do grab some of their breakfast such as this kaya toast toast. Thereā€™s also a few food stalls that you can try also.

This place is where you can find some interesting matcha drink at The Gasket Alley.

Which you find some drinks on the menu that mixed with matcha, such as this local inspired Matcha mixed with sugarcane. Pretty refreshing to enjoy.

Close to RapidKL Medan Tuanku Monorail Station, Common Grind is a quiet place to grab some coffee in the morning.

As Iā€™m searching for a pastry to go with, their curry puff really attracts me for its very unique kind of pastry that I would imagine for a curry puff.

Stuffed with curry potatoes thatā€™s not too spicy.

The last time Iā€™m at this neighbourhood was almost 10 years ago and happy to see how Kelana Jaya has developed so far.

Located just a short walk from the nearest Kelana Jaya LRT Station, this bakery cafe is almost full house on weekend; even thereā€™s no obvious signage at the shopfront and you have to enter the shop by the side.

I needed something refreshing to kickstart my visit here and decided to go with their coffee lemonade. Strong coffee hint yet with lemonade taste as you drink.

While this coffee shop has a few food stalls, you would find many people coming here for particularly for one stall.

Everyone would patiently waiting at their own table after making their order from this char koay teow stall.

Many said it is one of the best char koay teow you can find in Penang, and the wait could be up to half an hour.

You would enjoy the wok hey taste with 2 pieces of prawn there. Close to the airport, making it a perfect stop for brunch before flying off.

Beside their signature drinks, they also served some pretty decent pastries here. For example this blueberry butter pudding.

Crusty almond on the top, with soft pudding at the bottom stuffed with blueberries.

Pair well with the coffee here.

One of the popular coffee place in Penang located along this very small street of Lorong Tok Aka, which the shopfront covered with plants.

This place constantly occupied with crowd for their coffee and pastries. Lovely and cosy space with their wonderful drinks.

Canā€™t believe this place has been situated quietly at a corner of Straits Quay for more than 10 years already, and they still going strong by providing the best of coffee from around the world.

They have filter coffee from a different regions here, which I gotten the one from Yolan Tirta Tombang, Sullawesi, Indonesia.

The flavour is natural process with passion fruit, pineapple and lychee. So you would expect a bit of sour side.
