They have a huge variety of desserts for people to satisfy their sweet tooth. One of the ice dessert that I tried is their purple potato soya ice (RM11.90). Huge scoop of mashed purple potato is a plus point for me as it goes so well with the other ingredients, adds a noce texture to the silky soya ice. Their taro ball (芋圓) is super fresh and chewy, overall is a very comforting dessert for sharing with friends and family.

American household name Ben & Jerry’s lands in Sunway Pyramid with their first-ever physical store in KL! The small kiosk on the lower ground floor boasts plenty of seats, beckoning you to come in groups and dig into yummy scoops. Popular flavours include the Cherry Garcia, Chocolate Therapy and Chunky Monkey. Grab a Kid Scoop (RM11.20) or a Double (RM16.90) to go, or dine in and slowly enjoy a sundae. The Mix & Match (RM24.90) features three flavours of your choice encased in a sweet and crispy wafer, and finished off with hot fudge sauce, whipped cream and toppings of your choice.

Dáo has finally arrived in Damansara Jaya - negating the need to travel to Subang for some good taufufa.

We were lucky to arrive on a quiet Sunday evening at 8.30pm (must be the sweet time to get seats - sweet time, geddit?) before the after-dinner crowd arrived at 9pm. In any case, service was quick as all they needed to do was assemble the pieces.

Dáo is old-school goodness in a contemporary setting. The beancurd is super silky smooth and served warm in your choice of saccharin - ginger, brown or white. We picked brown syrup (because the missus doesn't like ginger 🤷‍♂️).

We loved it! For RM3.90, this is one of the best taufufa we had in recent memory. We dare say - it is almost as good as the ones in Ipoh - which is not a surprise as it is opened by siblings whose father used to run a stall in the limestone town.

We also enjoyed the dáo panda (RM6.90) - beancurd served with black sesame paste. We like how non-cloying the paste is and it pairs so well with the beancurd.

Smooth, warm soybean curd with the brown sugar syrup and the chewy tang yuen is all we need during rainy days! Don’t you all agree?

Grilled crispy sourdough bread with bacon, cheese and perfectly scrambled eggs, accompanied with a cup of latte. Under the breakfast section, yet it is available till 4pm :)

Only available on weekends
.
Made from coconut milk, oat milk, vanilla, black tea and brown sugar boba
.
The ice-cream is rather icy in my opinion but have a nice minty aftertaste
.
The brown sugar boba were rather inconsistent in texture. Some pearls were hard while some pearls were chewy
.
But it’s one of the healthiest version of boba ice-cream as it is vegan free, soy free, gluten free and dairy free

It's hard to get good matcha dessert. This Matcha Lava cake is alright... The matcha molten lava is warm and gooey, sweet and satisfying. The cake is moist and has a nice texture.

Boba is the new trend! Sexy brown sugar boba on crispy fluffy honey toast applied with thin layer of peanut butter. Interesting combination. Never have thought brown sugar goes so well with peanut butter. The saltiness from peanut butter balance out the sweetness from brown sugar. We devoured the toast in less than 10 minutes.
