Thick juicy steak on a stack with onion rings and hash brown. Delicious and insta worthy!

LMushroom Trio, Mozzarella. Balsamic, Arugula, Caramelised Onions, Aioli & Rye Bread 》$16

PBD nailed it! This was one of the better melts out there. It comes with a good variety of shrooms that paired perfectly with those caramelised onions and gooey, creamy melted cheese.

A bright, vibrant, healthy salad bowl.
It contains a pretty plated mix of quinoa, orange zest pickled carrot strips, apple cider pickled red cabbage strips, fresh kale leaves, roasted pumpkin chunks, marinated goat cheese, a sous-vide egg, fresh avocado chunks, spiced pumpkin seeds, and a lemon wedge.
Mix it all together before enjoying. You'll get a complex layering of textures, crunchy juicy crispy tender soft; along with a vibrant burst of vegetal earthy sweet sour zesty fruity eggy flavours. Rather appetizing, and also good for sharing.
Invited tasting.

Hand sliced beef pastrami with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese & Russian dressing in grilled rye with pickles

One at Mandarin Gallery and the newest at Scotts Square, @wildhoneysg is all about beautiful breakfasts that can and should be enjoyed all day everyday!

The overall dining experience was great as we were ushered to a nice cosy corner with vintage-looking sofa chairs to sit on and also served by a group of friendly service staffs. Food-wise, the hearty sandwich had a generous portion of fillings, with a delightful balance of tanginess, nuttiness and savouriness. Special mention goes out to their Thai Iced Tea, which comes in a form of frozen ice cubes with condensed & full cream milk.

Love the decor and it somehow threw me back NY broadway 🎬
Food was great and yea probably I will be back to try others.
✔The Hangover Part IV: Juicy wagyu beef and bacon wrapped in English muffin. And interestingly, it contained rosti which totally complements the burger. Changed to chilli fries and it was pretty good.
✔Momma's chicken and waffles: Their housemade waffle was light and non greasy. And probably the highlight of the dish. Unfortunately, I cant understand why was the buttermilk fried chicken popular. It tasted like Taiwanese fried chicken but I prefer the crispy Taiwanese's.
Overall: ❤❤❤❤

It's said that the Greek honey tastes abit like chestnut. I don't know about that but it's definitely quite viscous and sweet, intense in flavour.

The greek yoghurt itself was of an extremely generous portion, probably enough to feed 3 or 4 pax. Luckily it's mixed with chopped mint for a bit of flavour.

The nuts and dried apricots do help a little bit with the texture and flavour of the yoghurt, however it can still get one dimensional after a while due to the portion and the honey wasn't enough even after I requested enough. Or maybe I have a sweet tooth lol

The ambience here was exactly like a bakehouse, decorated perfectly for a cozy dinner ☺️
All of us thought that the 4 spice Chicken liver pate ($12) was really something unique, great for sharing with 2 person.
The second best dish was the blue mussel and grilled prawn saffron-fennel risotto. Seafood was fresh and had the exotic flavors that we were looking for 😋
For some reason, the Beef Ragu pasta took them so long, around ~30mins, which was even longer than the fish, chicken and seafood risotto ☹️ Expected damage: ~$12-$23
Cafe Ambience: 5/5
Food Rating: 7/10

The pan-seared Tasmanian sea trout’s flesh flakes off easily and the skin is crispy, served on top a dome of organic ruby rice. And I love the Matcha infused French oyster beurre blanc sauce 💕 It brings the entire dish together and I made sure to finish every drop. Not to mention that it’s healthy 🤤
🍛: Sea Trout with Matcha Oyster Beurre Blanc, $28
🍴: TWG, Takashimaya Level 2
