All U Can Eat (Adult lunch $60++, dinner weekday $80++, dinner weekend $90++)
They have different pricing for lunch, dinner, weekday, weekend, sunday brunch, adult, and children.

I usually skip the salad bar in all you can eat but this is sooo awesome! Other than all the veggies are fresh we could taste various kinds of pickled olives! We could mix vatious kinds of olives and make our salad interesting!

Soup choice: laksa and chicken broth.
They really recommend their laksa since it's their speciality!

This is the noodle station where we could take various ingredients from fishball, fried fishball, noodle, vermicilli, mushroom, and various veggies. Even in a glance all of it looks super fresh!

Indonesian specialities- ONLY UNTIL 27th JULY! Catch it before it's gone!

Among the plethora of different curries, meats and seafood, this was the star of the Indonesian specialities! I've never seen such a large spread of beautifully presented and freshly made sambals. Here are just some of their names: sambal matah (shallots, lime leaves and chilli salsa), sambal ijo Sumatran (fresh green chilli chutney), sambal tomat, sambal terasi (shrimp paste chilli chutney), sambal dabu dabu Manado (Manado chilli paste), sambal manga muda (fresh young mango chilli paste) and more! Each with its unique take on spiciness. Combined with the tangy sweetness of young mangoes or savory umami-ness of shrimp, you get spoiled for choice!

All the Indonesia Specialities were created by guest chefs from The Ritz-Carlton Bali, hence providing the authenticity to the wonderful food. The love and care they put into their food was visible.

This here is a delicious portion of tofu covered in sambal that is pretty perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not too spicy. The tofu is tender and fresh, soaking up much of the lovely sambal. It comes with red, yellow and green bell peppers tossed together with it in the sambal. Being one of my favourite dishes, I had to post this.

Had an amazing time eating at Beach Road Kitchen’s Indonesian Specialties buffet that’s on from 17-27 July! Apart from the usual buffet fare, there’s delicious Indo food cooked by guest chefs from Ritz-Carlton Bali, including rendang sapi tradisi (beef rendang with rounded coconut), thick chunky satay, and even 10 different types of sambal to pair with everything.

I also enjoyed items on their regular buffet line, particularly their iberico pork, beef galbi, and freshly grilled rainbow trout and pomfret. They have a lot of sections including cheese and charcuterie, salads and chilled seafood (which are in a chilled room!), Indian food, a live noodle station serving laksa and fish all noodles, and also an extensive dessert section. Definitely a quality buffet to try out and it’s v convenient bc it’s located near Esplanade mrt!

Thank you @burpple for the lovely eatup and @JWMarriottSG for hosting us!

For $20.9 the meat and food quality you have here is much better than other hot pot buffet with the same price range. Definitely worth the money.

They don't short change on their desserts as well, as each of them are perfectly crafted.

Beach road kitchen is currently having an Indonesian fare with chefs flown in from Bali. Be ready to be greeted by more than 8 types of sambals and perfectly cooked Indonesian dishes that taste really authentic. My personal favourite would be their grilled fishes and iberico pork cuts. Variety is amazing here. I tried to try every dish myself within a single meal, but it's not possible!

Duration of fare: now till 27th July
Price: 90++ for Mon to Sat dinner

These were little pearls of goodness, freshly shucked and just delish. They aren’t too big, and have a bright, fresh briney flavour that’s great with a little squeeze of lemon. They go fast once the buffet starts, so don’t wait on them!

Beach Road Kitchen at @jwmarriottsg offers a wide variety of food from various cuisines such as Indian, Western, Local which leaves you spoilt for choice the moment you step into the restaurant. What I liked most was the dessert section, where you can find a large selection of cakes and pastries, plus huge jars of sweets as well!⁣

They’re currently having an Indonesian Specialties Buffet from 17-27 July where guest chefs from Ritz Carlton Bali cook and prepare Indonesian delicacies and they even have a live grill station where you get fish and meat such as beef kalbi and iberico pork cooked for you.⁣

It was truly a full-filling and enjoyable dinner indeed 😌 Thank you @burpple for the invite and #JWMarriottSG and #beachroadkitchen for the warm hospitality! 🤗

The chefs from The Ritz-Carlton Bail have arrived at #beachroadkitchen to add a touch of magic to their already stellar buffet. You’ll find all of your favourites: freshly shucked oysters, an extensive seafood station, perfectly grilled beef galbi, cheese and cold cuts and more, joined by a mouth-watering array of dishes from the different Indonesian regions like Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra.

What had me giddy with the silly was the ridiculous row of sambals. Kinda felt like I’d stepped into an alternate version of Hai Di Lao! Mix and match for your perfect version and slather your creation across everything you can. Be sure to try their sate, the soup bunjut with tender af oxtail and the kueh dadar too!

Too much good food here to squeeze into one post, so just come down to explore it for yourself.

It runs till Aug 10, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner.
You’ll get all the traditional singapore food (chilli crab, chicken rice, prata were spotted), and all the durians and tropical fruits you desire.
There is also a snack stand too, so it’ll be your childhood revisited. .
